(1) An unemployed person who wants to engage in minimum employment must submit an application in the format as per schedule-1 to the concerned ward office to be listed in the list of unemployed persons for the next financial year in the month of February of each year. -? . . Amended by the second amendment. 1 No. (1a) Notwithstanding anything written in sub-rule (1), the Ministry may call for an application for a fixed period of time to register unemployed persons in case of a disaster or any other special circumstances in the whole or some part of the country, and the ministry may call for an application for a certain period of time and the minimum employment A person who wants to be involved can submit an application according to sub-rule (1) during that period. "Regardless of what is written in sub-rule (1), the concerned local level with the approval of the Ministry may call for an application to list unemployed persons for a maximum period of one month, not more than once in a financial year, and the person who wants to engage in minimum employment for that period. can make an application according to sub-rule (1).
(3) Applications received in accordance with sub-rule (1), (1a) or (2) shall be sent by the concerned ward office to the employment service center within seven days from the date of receipt of the application. "And (4) Based on the application received as per sub-rule (3), the employment service center shall prepare the details of the unemployed person in the format as per Schedule-2 and submit them to the village executive or municipal corporation through the chief administrative officer. 55) The details submitted as per sub-rule (4) include Nepali citizens who meet the following criteria must be considered unemployed by the village executive or city executive and approve the final list of unemployed persons:--
(a) Not engaged in employment for at least one hundred days in the same financial year till the date of application, 2 Addition by second amendment. -? . 2 Amended by the Second Amendment. (c) At least eighteen years of age and not sixty-nine years of age.
(6) Based on the details mentioned in the approved list according to sub-rule (5), the employment service center shall determine the order of priority within thirty days and enter the updated details in the employment management system and send it to the ministry and the ministry in charge of employment related matters of the respective province.
