Rule 7
Application to be made

(1) An unemployed person who wants to engage in minimum employment must submit an application in the format as per schedule-1 to the concerned ward office to be listed in the list of unemployed persons for the next financial year in the month of February of each year. -? . . (3) Applications received in accordance with sub-rule (1), (1a) or (2) shall be sent by the concerned ward office to the employment service center within seven days from the date of receipt of the application. (6) Based on the details mentioned in the approved list according to sub-rule (5), the employment service center shall determine the order of priority within thirty days and enter the updated details in the employment management system and send it to the ministry and the ministry in charge of employment related matters of the respective province.
